OSKEFER is a Singapore based engineering consulting firm with global access. We provide failure analysis, forensic investigation, and root cause analysis related consulting services to a wide range of industries.

Our management team comprise high achievers in both academic research and industrial consulting work. Combined with their many years of working experience with industry leaders such as Rolls Royce, TÜV SÜD, and DNV, our directors co-developed a coherent methodology to deliver in-depth investigation and consulting work.

• Loss Adjusters and Insurance Companies: As Root Cause Analysis consultants, we assist loss adjusters and claim managers to investigate highly technical and complex insurance claims up to multiple million dollars. Our experts understand the difficulties and challenges in complex insurance claims and provide in-depth analysis and impartial opinions to determine the root causes. Our experts can explain highly technical matters to non-engineering personnel in a concise and easy-to-understand way.
• Legal Professional: We are engaged as expert witnesses to conduct forensic investigations, present our investigation work and/or provide professional comments on other experts’ work. We have been involved in highly complex industrial disasters, traffic incidents, product quality disputes, insurance claims, etc. Our expert reports, opinions, and testimonies have been followed by the courts.
• Original Equipment Manufacturers: We are engaged as independent consultants to provide outside of box thinking for leading industrial manufacturers when they face bad publicity of product quality complaints and recalls. We provide an end-to-end consulting service to collaborate with their strong internal teams to develop a strategy to solve major quality issues. Our work has been recognised by some power equipment suppliers, medical device manufacturers and semiconductor companies as highly insightful.
• End Users and Operators: We are frequently engaged by end-users/operators of highly complex and mission-critical systems to investigate major incidents, such as chemical plant shutdown, utility water contamination, industrial explosion, railway system breakdown, etc. We are proud that our work contributes to a safer and greener world.

We conduct independent investigations and provide impartial opinions to help the relevant parties to reach a consensus.
